For timber work a moss and mould killer product is applied to the surface to loosen mould then water blasted clean, without damage to timber.
Paving, Paths & Driveways
There are two cleaning options
1. Concrete areas can be instantly cleaned by water blasting to clean up slippery mossy areas. Ideal for pre sale clean up jobs.
2. The other option is to treat areas with a slow release moss and mould killer product. This takes time to work properly ( 6-12 months ) but long term the results are great. This is better for the environment and is cost efficient, especially for larger areas such as driveways.
Roof Treatment
A slow release moss and mould killer product is applied to the surface and left for the weather to do the rest. This is a fantastic product but takes time to work (between 6-12 months ). For areas of thick lichen a booster application maybe required later in some cases.
Gutters
Gutters are cleared by hand and then hosed clear to ensure water flow.
Roofs and gutters will only be done where safe.
